(this has a tunnel too, so you can enter in arena without someone know)

1) Unpack it
2) Copy the patch-3 into the ...\World of Warcraft\Data
3) Start the game using WEH (WoWemuHacker) with Model Edit fix
The most important:
Have FUN
With this you can OWN the arena:
