ok, so far i have set boss 0 - 7 to state 3 (DONE) which spawns majordormus.
no luck with ragnaros yet... might be because majordormus can only be in one place i guess?
tried to set boss 8 (majordormus) to 10 to different states, but it didn't have any effect

i just added ragnaros by hand at the correct position `.npc add 11502` and called it a day, good enough for the video.
