just delete everything in build folder (except data if u store it there)

So after doing `git pull origin master`
then ```cd build
make -j 8; make install``` Is my core now on the latest squish? Or do I need to still do something with `git checkout df77b5f4f79dfee4dee4f01e7258e1b4e7c1b7e2`???

Assuming no files have been added or removed since you updated last because in that case you have to run cmake first.
