I edited rank 1 heroic strike so it was technically different (rage cost) from rank 2 but it wasn't seen "as different". I guess I will have to remove the other ranks then

I don't even know what a "standard" bare metal is. The ones I have are great and I would call them standard if anything but I guess you mean the cheap ones with crappy performance that I assume exist.

It's a term I use within the IT world. If you look around a bit, you'll see systems with 16 cores 32 GB memory. Those what I call standard systems. That's just me though. I have some great systems myself as well, but are in the high end range.
