It is saying an assertion failed. With max thus NOT being larger than min. I assume this would be something you would get if you were to do do a range between a min and a max and you flip them around. Looks like an assertion that needs to be made in order to assure weird stuff doesn't happen. Built-in test functions likely

That is all I can say. Need to refresh my assembly knowledge to be able to understand the registers
