It's causing an error because it's trying to insert a row that already exists. Running it manually won't fix it. By the way, it doesn't look like the module handles emblems at all (unless I'm missing it) so you'll still get end-game emblems dropping.

That's because the queries doesn't have deletes before the inserts. I have absolutely no idea why but it's a massive oversight.
