Try mod-progression-system.
Vanilla and early TBC are in a good state. WotLK requires work to be done. Feel free to open PRs for it.

I don't have the courage to try to go from Vanilla to TBC, those versions are not very familiar, the sentence WotLK requires work to be done means that there is still a lot of bugs to be fix in this version, right?

Not in the core.
The WotLK raids should be good to go. I'm talking about the progression module, which gates the content.

In case you already have a k8s cluster, that would make life easier. However, to better utilize k8s, you need to make the core scalable, similar to what is demonstrated here: https://github.com/walkline/ToCloud9.
