if a part of them isnt open source cant you just connect to their server, take a screenshot, and say wheres this open sourced

Let me get this straight:
Your accusations are completely wrong and nonsense. Any and all fixes are sent as a PR to the AC master repo. From there they're loaded into the also public chromiecraft repo.
You can literally use server info on the CC server with GM0 and check the AC revision.
