`adress` needs to point to where the worldserver is from the clien'ts perspective. So cvhange that one. localAdress stays at 127.0.0.1

After I change Address, do I need to relaunch mysqld.exe? I just launched authserver.exe and worldserver.exe and it still didn't let me get past the screen.
