my bad the default is enable set to 0 in the config

does anyone have an idea on how often the ah bot refreshes it's listings? and it almost appears like my AH doesn't filter correctly on the client side

It uses the same as the auction house to determine how often it updates. It also doesn't refresh, really, but rather just adds more if there aren't enough to satisfy the configured amount.
