Even if he wasn't scripted but you could kill him he wouldn't be totally broken. If he wasn't there, then we're talking totally broken :p

You're targeting a creature that's clearly standing still while casting whatever he is casting.. It's not at all clear what you're saying is wrong (I assume you're saying something is wrong).

For the record, those little adds are Shadow Demons and they will follow the player. They should have a beam going to the player, of course.
