Watch out for other modules/scripts using phases. Best to use a different approach or expose the phase you're using to a conf.

Not doing anything I'll be publishing - just have some "services" type NPCs that are in the major cities I want to be able to hide normally. I would make something much more robust if it was going to leave my little server.
