I don't know maybe I worded it wrong, sorry. I don't think it affects cpu usage. I'm just asking what would cause high update time diff. I guess this old low end quad core cannot handle the server anymore.

I'm sure it can. I mean 30-50% CPU usage is not 100% and lagging.

My worldservers are sitting at 40-50% (but only having 2 cores each) too and obviously it doesn't mean it wont' support it.
