This is the most infuriating thing I have ever attempted in my life. I gave up trying to fix the aborted update and just reinstalled the entire server, so to say. But now worldserver.exe won't launch. So I run it in cmd to see what the error is, as the window closes instantly. It says it can't open the worldserver.conf file. I have NO idea why. I am looking at it. It's the right extension. It's in the right place. It's exactly as it was when I was running the server the past, like, month.

Double check if it's a .dist file. That's a common error.

Anyone have any ideas? Tried admin. Changing permissions. Tried renaming them and changing it back, just in case. No good.
