It's a good option but in that case I would say it needs some tuning on that specific part. The player couldn't have been randomly DCd for no reason if what 55Honey said is the case.

First of all, that's not AzerothCore and no support will be given here. Second, repacks are in general not supported anyway

Unban them and if it keeps happening tell them that they need to stop doing whatever they're doing or you're not going to unban them again.
