Sure, things happen, but you don't inherently have to delete your build folder, it's not a required step with how cmake works

Telling people that cleaning/deleting build folder is a requirement is just wasting peoples time and resources

Changed the ip in the cli command back to 127.0.0.1 so it didn't show my public Ip on the host machine so it's spitting out local host in the error rather than my real ip

That's probably because you're running the server from within the build folder, you shouldn't do that, bad practice

I would have thought that too...but I mean the wiki tells you to put it in the build folder so I'm just following that

there are some places where wiki tells u to put data into build folder and there are also different "wrong" sections in wiki
