I've never hosted a public server so there's only up to 40 characters online on mine so I haven't touched those settings

I think you need up to 500 players with 32 RAM

First, a shared virtual server is used
And then if you get income
Change it to private
Because I have no opinion on the shared server, the cpu goes up and down

right now I don't see any issues. I am also suspecting that it might be a network issue that happens during peak hours.
