After each time you compile, you have to restart the system, the cpu will return to its original state.
And your RAM must be at least 16

1) The database isn't overloaded. MariaDB cpu usage is less than 10%.
2) Worldserver process runs on debug mode and is around 150% to 190% cpu usage.
3) RAM is plenty, around 32GB.
