About the tutorial on how to get model edits to work. I'm a terrible teacher plus there are already tons of guides on gettin it to work using MEFix.
Also you can use some itemcache hex editing to change ur ingame gear into season 1 which, combined with this, will give you wetness in your panties
Edit: Decided not to be a lazy hoe and provide you atleast with a link to how you could set this up.

The new version allows you to load any file you like. To do so enter the name in wowme.cfg (eg: orctonightelf.mpq). IT MUST INCLUDE .MPQ!!
You can comment the log file using a #.
The mpq file needs to be in Data/
1) Run WoW with WoWME.exe
2) Once you reach the login screen, hit F8 to restore changes & unload DLL
3) Login
4) Have fun

You know what would make it even more hot?
Adding a red tint, it doesn't have to be much but just a little bit of red.
Why?
Well the theory of color tells us that you have component colors(colors that match very good) eg: red and green.
If you have green and a lot of grey or white, you should add some red to make it complete.
It's a reaction of our minds, that we like those colors.
