I'd say you drop all players in the guild and make sure you assign the leader only. Exporting the guild to .sql and adding an unused id as a variable and using it to import the guild to the other database is the way I suggest doing it.

Revision summed it up if you want to manage it the easy way. When doing the whole guild + characters, it's a bit challenging when it comes to same unique ids if you are not use to SQL itself.

You can also research merge methods via SQL as well, which handles the updating of unique ids.
