Ive seen it be a recommended server host from 55honey, so i'd hope people here know some. I bought it and the server is absolutely locked, no matter how I try to access it doesnt seem to exist. And reinstalling an OS is also impossible as it stays stuck on "pending" for 8~ hours and then says "Failed"

I wouldn't call it a scam to begin with. Maybe just a strange issue. Did you try contacting them?
