ok i made it. Now you can populate 'auctionhouse' and 'item_instance' DB tables with auctions where itemowner is 0 (all characters start from 1). And this item will never be lost (time or buyout) and always be available on AH. This is single player mod. Now no need more items vendors. You can buy items in single player as in online, spending gold on it. By using game auction you can filtering what you need, sorting. Just need to fill such a base of permanent items with prices. Available add EPIC items with custom price!
