I thought Talent.dbc is merely the spells and where they are placed? RIght now all im trying to get, is to see an empty talent tree with the name "Necromancy" on a warlock

I don't remember the specifics of how the ui handles it, but iirc it won't draw the tab if there's nothing to draw in the tab
