I enabled all extensions just hoping one would be it, checked the paths.. but somehow its stuck at loading even though everything seems okay.

Could it be the Debug mode? I have deactivated and it still shows me stuff like, "Edit in bla bla"

looking at the code, it looks like it just changes what time is sent to the client on login

since the client is responsible for the day/night cycle, it just requests the time from the server to adjust to the correct cycle when logging in

so your events should run as per usual it may just be confusing for players if the time is used for anything else on the client other than the day/night cycle

looking at the Github issues, it looks like it does affect the calendar which is a real issue
