It's not blizzlike so having a DK below level 55 isn't intended in any way so I would personally say it's not a "must be fixed in the core" case.

I don't want to have a DK below level 55. I'm just trying to use the progression module, and limit the levels according to the module so that I can enjoy all the content of each level.

The query you showed removes it for class 6 (death knight) so it won't affect any other class.
