You can adjust bots yourself in worldserver.conf, search for `NpcBot.Mult.Damage`

I installed the AH Bot module and compiled it. It work perfect. But there are 249 items in the AH. Is there a way that the Auction House start with for example 1000 items?

Your healing is handled by individual progression, but it was not created with npcbots in mind. It's the same if you heal a friendly npc it will do full healing. You would have to ask the author to implement this.
