I have seen this, if you mess with DungeonFinder.OptionsMask = 5 it can happen, don't remember which number I had set.

You also have to clear client cache for some reason, after changing this option.

Ah, darn. No dice. The options mask value was set to 4, but I set it back to the default of 5, restarted the server, cleared out the cache folder in the client, then relaunched it and I'm still getting the sam eissue

Why was it 4 though, thats not the default setting. You should see if this problem exists with stock conf files.

God. Yeah, after a few hours burning away on this I just straight up launched the wrong worldserver. Confirming this did in fact resolve the issue!
