depends on what exactly do you want.
.instance unbind all resets instances for one character
a worldserver restart will reset most spawns
deleting the acore_world database and restarting worldserver will fix everything that changed in it

ah sorry I should be specific.. so in case where I was stupid enough to randomly spawn items/creatures/etc all over the world and that I want to be able to revert everything back to original AC

Dropping the world DB is probably what you want, but that's SQL
