If that's the case, then the error would most likely be coming from the Characters DB, specifically characters_npcbot. However I don't remember NPCBots ever referring to it as a minion so that's what's throwing me.

I'd guess it's mirror image minions or warlock/hunter/dk pets or maybe even totems causing it.
