I looked at the SQL, again, there's nothing in the repo linked related to those tables

unfortunately it sounds like that persons error was not the same as mine. He was able to be in the game and type .npcbots to see that it was not working. I am not able to launch the worldserver

i didnt say its same error but for him it worked with different repo so maybe worth trying especially if u wont manage to fix ur issue
