The first way is to "flatten" the creature loot entries, to make every item loot group 0, and give them chance 100, it will ensure that grouped items (which are meant to be drop one by one) will drop at once

The other is to add second groupid for example group id 2 and just copy entries and chances there if you just want boss to drop additional item with the same blizzlike chances
