fudging hell, been unable to access oracle cloud for 2 hours and my servers were even down. I was seriously worried and confused. Been spending the past 2 hours booting up and preparing my regular servers since I wasn't sure if the service would ever return. Oh well, the servers are ready to boot and go if it happens again.

Great, keep it in the portal so people can't read it. How about sending an e-mail so people know it's not on their end? Great logic.

I used to work as a syseng at a datacenter. One day there was a painter (for some reason) on the datacenter floor carrying a ladder. I guess he turned the wrong way and the end of the ladder hit the emergency power shutoff, which for some reason wasn't covered
