I have no real idea of DBCs in general. I have revamped the talent trees but that's the extent of it aside from a few DB entries to modify raid requirements etc.

Honestly I would recommend not touching playercreateinfo_skills, as SkillRaceClassInfo seems to be the "proper" way of handling them
