Memory is typically more important but with 5 you're not going to have any issues even with 4GB if you do frequent restarts of AC.

Okay so the reasoning is, 2 cores (1 is just not enough) but more is always acceptable but honestly I'd say 2GB RAM for worldserver *and* mysql is nowhere near enough.
