I'm sure someone here knows how to. I don't know how to give suggestions if you don't know how to access the terminal of the database container because that's one way of doing it but I don't know how to access it so if you don't know how to.. well that's it.

I also don't know how to change it so you can access the databases with for example HeidiSQL but again maybe someone here does.

Can you access the mysql terminal from that? I don't know what the username or password would be but it would be like `mysql -u <user> -p` or just `mysql -u <user>`. User could be root, user could be acore, I don't really know.
