Hmm. Still getting the `Unable to connect` error from the client. The IP is right, as it times out rather than throws an error immediately, after editing the .wtf file

Unless you're running Windows Server it should've popped up automatically after starting

It really depends, sometimes it tries to open for a specific application and not just the ports, with varied results
