And this is the outcome:
this is just a beta model Im working on, I know that the length of the scythe holder part is like the opposite of what it must be, gonna fix that too. But all in all, I must say that Im quite satisfied with the result I made in 1 day. Gonna fix tomorrow the scythe holder part and making the scythe blade from scratch, gotta love the background drawer or whatever it's called in 3ds max ^^
and no, the yellow scythe part was just for the fun, the end result isn't gonna be like that ><
and me = no skillz in photoshop, so again the texture is gonna be half made in paint, altho for the scythe part Im intending to rip some flashy nice yellow effect image and pasting it over the UVW map, people can help me by submitting very cool black-like metalic effect so I can replace that with my old texture ^^ the yellow eye is fine tbh so I aint gonna change that.

And btw, about that sasuke sword with chidori around it, it's not possible. It would then just look like an action figure with the sword and electricity around it, not moving. If anyone would figure out how to put animation in the models, then I be damn sure that there are enough model editors that gonna make badass models, including me ^^
Well about that scythe part, Im gonna background draw it directly from that image, and then Im gonna adjust some parts here and there making it horizontal so that's gonna be fine. What matters is the texture, you can make a badass model but if you don't got the right and sufficient texture for it then it just would look pretty lame too. Hopefully google images can help me through nice and juicy yellow effect pictures <.<
