Could try to port the implementation from TC, though that's been removed due to freezing issues now ♀️

What can cause this kind of issue?
I have already tried:
1) grant and flush permissions;
2) re-create user from the beginning;
3) use root user;
It doesn't help. By the way everything works fine with the same user but on previous build
