a mix of spell edits to remove fight rests in the form of mind controls/aggro drops, auto balance to make it soloable, and random enchants im having a good time and things arent to easy/hard

This is what I'm experimenting with right now: ```Rate.XP.Kill = 2 # x2 exp from kills
Rate.XP.Quest = 1.50 # 50% more from quests
Rate.XP.Quest.DF = 1.50 # 50% more from instance/dungeon/raid quests
Rate.XP.Explore = 3.0 # x3 from exploring the map
Rate.XP.Pet = 1.50 # 50% for pets
Rate.RepairCost = 3 # I've tripled repair costs as I feel they've always never been a burden
Rate.Rest.InGame = 1.5 # 50% resting bonus gain whilst in an inn and logged in
Rate.Rest.Offline.InTavernOrCity = 2 # x2 for resting in an inn offline
Rate.Rest.Offline.InWilderness = 0.75 # -25% for resting in the wilderness
Rate.Damage.Fall = 1.3 # fall damage increased 30% to make it more dangerous
Rate.Reputation.Gain = 2 # x2 rep gain
SkillGain.Crafting = 1.2 # and 20% gain for skill gain on skills
SkillGain.Defense = 1.2
SkillGain.Gathering = 1.2
SkillGain.Weapon = 1.2```
I also give new characters heirloom gear, a 100% speed mount locked until level 10, and an "Endless Healing Potion" for self-heals, locked until level 10. You also start with 55 silver pieces.
I've increased drop rates of items based on rarity from +10% for money and artifacts/legendaries, to 30% for poor.
I've enabled complete cross faction comms, which I'd like to test, as I'm hoping it'll completely allow us to be any class/race we like and still play regardless.
Finally, I've reduced the cost of goods from vendors by about 70% and increased how much they buy for by the same.

oh and the hot rock one is because auto balance doesnt nerf that dmg, so it did ~40% of my hp every tick, had 0 way to clear it fast enough
