i'm still looking through every spell .m2 to see if i can tweak some things a bit more. for example, repentance = weakshit. if it's supposed to stop someone in their tracks, it should be some sort of holy blast to the face, so i'm looking around for a spell to swap it with to get that desired effect.

why not suggest what would look better than cleave?
if you look through wow's .mpq files you won't find many striking ability animations available that don't look like a druid's bear/cat claws or a red/purple slash animation instead.
for now crusader strike will stay as the cleave animation until you can suggest something more fitting for it.

hmm been there, done that. for a holy attack such as crusader strike, a red cleave with a spinning character animation every six seconds got annoying and wasn't fitting for a holy damage melee strike when i originally tried whirlwind before i switched to cleave. i find cleave to be more suited for the holy melee attack since it's yellow and wasn't too overdone with the animation... all that damn spinning was quite irritating.
anyhow, in the end i suppose it's all a matter of preference coupled with the willingness to make your own spell swap.
