You need to use instance data properly to keep track of whether the event has been completed or not

Yeah, `DATA_HORSEMAN_EVENT` and `GAMEOBJECT_PUMPKIN_SHRINE` already exist in the SM instance script so it should be easy.. hopefully

just create an enum for states (not started, in progress, ended etc) and set the event data accordingly, then in the spawn script only allow to spawn the event if the event is not started
