in a nutshell, a lost of spells broke. But the new system allows us to fix bugs we couldn't fix before

Besides the new proc system, it's a lot of the small fixes that are always going on, many related to Brewfest, AQ40, or the scarab lord quests since that's what's going on with ChromieCraft

Currently, there's testing trying to figure out what spells are broken, and then fixing them as they're found
