Once your done we can Either Move your data off the Docker Mysql and move it into the Local version it will have you install. Or disable the local version and just use the one on docker

yes thats what backing up and restoreing the Docker Mysql will do. Or if we just use the Docker SQL either way you'll get all the data back. Worst case you just turn on Docker and your back where we are now
