Cause if you want modules etc we might as well just go with a full blown local server

Play with the module since my server is super small and we planned to play the content throughout with some xp scaling.
I live in SEA region and our connections aren't the best to connect to other part, especially my friends who still relying on 3G - 4G connection on and off.
That's why I wanna host it.
