I wish I could install the module but running through docker makes it out of the question.

if you only want to change xp rates, you can do that in worldserver.conf

You can't change any of that through the database, only through the config.

It's possible to install modules and edit configs using Docker but not a lot of people know where those are located. It was mentioned quite a while ago but I don't remember where.
