Sorry, I am not sure I am understand. Soulcatcher Halo has the same stats as Vanilla. Grand Marshal's warhammer had the effects of the underlying spell changed because of the spell power to healing conversion you mention, which means it should be about the same effect as the original spell. I am not understanding the problem. Could you please give more detail?

I'm not sure if I can explain it better, some items are wotlk upgraded, and others are vanilla. Some are a mix.

In this case the Citrine used to craft it was left in place but the stats were removed.

Item is useable by all classes not mage.
It's very minor things, If the stats should be classic I can work with that. However it is effecting healers the most since spells can't be down ranked.

Part of it was my misunderstanding, I wasn't aware that you had adjusted everything down to Wow Classic levels.

All items should be their vanilla stats. Because of changes to the game formula, 71 spell power adds about 134 healing, so it is the same effect.
Crafting recipes were all changed, but this requires using the optional client patch as crafting recipes are stored in a DBC.

If you have placed the optional DBC files in the server but the clients are not patched, then the crafting recipes will be Vanilla version but will display the WotLK version to the player, so it will be confusing.
