Although once players default Kel'thuzad, they will be able to go to TBC content, which is kept like TBC. I can add an option to prevent progression past vanilla if you would like it, though.

You should just make the option so you can limit the progression to a certain point so an admin could set it to stop at the end of vanilla or at the end of tbc etc.
