Technically you should only have to change the security column in the commands table and change the gm level in account_access table of the auth database. At least I believe that's the most basic way. Anything above 3 isn't possible from the worldserver console by default.

Seeing as I don't know exactly how to actually add new levels, I would recommend looking at https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothco...mmon.h#L64 and add new levels and make sure to follow where those AccountTypes are used to make sure they support the added levels.

The gameobject should be usable with one person. It does require to do a short channel, but it will cause the NPCs to turn hostile and attack. It was working when I last test it.
