unless it is like cata preservation project where there is some weird syntax being involved where the cmd keeps it from compiling, it wont be removed

well the .ban account\character\ip while higlighting him would do it i think

with him using a possible hack client because of the ack cmsg from the clients not being sent, i would say do account, and if he makes alt accounts then do ip
