After a couple days playing around i finally managed the perfect Tauren Female to Night elf swap. The size, textures, running speed, items all sized down to match the NE form.
I'm releasing the file with the size and running speed altered, however, the size of the shoulders,head and weapon still need to be resized. Ive resized s3 head s1 shoulders and s1 weapon in this current release as thats what i use myself.
To resize the items you can use Glitchy's MES this does require some experience or search for some guides about item resizing, theres plenty out there.

It may screw up, it did with me so i used an MPQ editor, so much easier to use and a lot faster. You may need to download one to open it.
